Ancient stone building located in the historical centre of
Montone, a beautiful medieval hamlet of houses dating back to
the year 1100. Thanks to a careful restoration work this ancient
house has recently been turned into a small charming hotel
offering 6 double bedrooms and 2 three-bedded rooms, all of
which nicely furnished with locally hand-made pieces of
furniture and provided with all safe, TV, bathroom with tub or
shower and minibar. Distances: Città di Castello 12 km, Gubbio
20 km, San Sepolcro 30 km, Perugia 32 km. Lake Trasimeno with
equipped beaches is approx. 25 km away. At guests' disposal:
panoramic terrace equipped as a solarium during the day and as a
romantic open-air restaurant at night offering excellent local
recipes accompanied by a selection of the best Italian wines.
Breakfast is served on the terrace or in a charming small room.
On request it is possible to hire an extra bed € 40 / per day
to be paid locally and a baby bed (free of charge). Pets are
allowed by paying an extra price of € 30 / per day (payment on
the spot). By arrangement the owners organise transfers,
excursions, cookery classes, wine tasting and visits of the best
local wine cellars, truffle quest and tasting and horse-back
riding in the surrounding area.Reception open from 8.00 to
