country resort providing comfortably interiors furnished in a
local style. The property is situated on the hills of the
Chianti Fiorentino area and enjoys enchanting views over the
surrounding landscape. The resort offers 10 double bedrooms and
5 junior suites, all of which tastefully furnished. Distances:
Fiano with food shops 1 km, Montespertoli with all kinds of
shops 7 km, the medieval town of San Gimignano 25 km, Florence
35 km, Siena 40 km. All of the bedrooms are provided with
air-conditioning, telephone, minibar, satellite TV, heating
system and bathroom with shower. At guests' disposal: large
furnished garden, swimming-pool (12 x 6 m - maximum depth 1,40 m
- open from 01/05 to 02/10) set in panoramic location and bar.
Parking within the grounds. A charming restaurant where guests
can taste nice local recipes is on the premises. Room service
available. Linen is changed every 2 days. Pets are allowed by
paying an extra charge of € 10 / per day to be paid on the
spot. By arrangement it is possible to organise transfers and
cooking classes.
