Charming outbuilding set on the estate Villa I Bossi which has
been completely restored and turned into 4 nice double bedrooms
and 2 suites. The property is situated close to Arezzo in a
small and quiet valley and enjoys beautiful views over the
surrounding landscape. Distances: food shop 500 m, Arezzo with
all kinds of shops 5 km, Cortona 15 km, San Sepolcro 35 km,
Siena 65 km. All rooms have been tastefully and elegantly
furnished and are provided with all comforts. At guests'
disposal: large well-groomed Italian garden with a small lake
and centuries-old trees, swimming-pool (16 x 8 m - maximum depth
2,10 m - open from 01/05 to 02/10) to be shared with the owners
and with the guests staying in the main villa, small toilet
close to the swimming-pool, covered terrace with small kitchen
equipped with barbecue for outdoor meals, table tennis. Parking
within the grounds. Breakfast is served in a nice equipped room
or, in summer time, in the garden. Linen is changed every 3 days
(free of charge). Extra bed available on request € 30 / per
day (payment on the spot). Small pets are allowed.
